PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Duration (validity period)

The promotion ends on October 31th 2026, or when all available spots are taken, whichever comes first. Registration must be completed within this period.

2. Territorial scope

The Promotion is valid only for memberships at La Fabrica &Co's coworking space in Barcelona.

3. Eligible participants

Individuals or legal entities who sign up for a coworking membership with La Fabrica &Co for the first time during the validity period and who qualify as a “new member” may take advantage of the Promotion.

A “new member” is understood to be any person or company that has not held an active coworking membership with La Fabrica &Co during the 12 months prior to the start of the Promotion. Current members and renewals of existing memberships are excluded.

4. Description of the Promotion

The Promotion consists of a 10% discount on the monthly fee during the first 3 months of the membership, applicable exclusively to the 6-month and 1-year plans of the Flex Full-Time and Fixed membership types detailed below:

Prices are shown with VAT included. From the fourth month onwards, the standard fee for the contracted plan will apply.

5. How to take advantage of the offer

• Request information through the website form / promotional pop-up during the validity period.
• Complete the sign-up for one of the plans listed in clause 4, through our web platform, entering the promotional code 10%LAFABRICA during the checkout process.

The discount will be applied to the fee for the first 3 months once it has been verified that the applicant meets the requirements.

6. Duration of the benefit

The 10% discount applies only to the fees corresponding to the first 3 months of the membership. After this period, the standard fee in force for the contracted plan will apply for the remainder of the commitment term.

7. Conditions and limitations

• Not combinable with other current offers, discounts or promotions, except for an additional 5% for advance payment.
• Limited to one use per individual or legal entity.
• Subject to the availability of spots at the space; spots are limited.
• The 6-month and 1-year plans entail a minimum commitment period equal to the duration of the contracted plan, in accordance with La Fabrica &Co's general terms of contract.
• The discount cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

8. Modification or cancellation

La Fabrica &Co reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time for justified reasons, undertaking to communicate this through the same dissemination channels and respecting in all cases the rights already acquired by beneficiaries who had validly taken advantage of the Promotion.

9. Data protection

The personal data provided through the form will be processed by Colinsky S. L. as data controller, for the purpose of managing the request, contracting the membership and sending communications related to the Promotion. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and the consent of the data subject. The data will not be shared with third parties except by legal obligation. 10. Acceptance of the terms

Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any expression of non-acceptance of them will result in the exclusion of the participant.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, without prejudice to the jurisdiction legally applicable to consumers.
