Claude & Coffee at La Fabrica &Co: AI Events and Networking at a Barcelona Coworking Space

In short: Claude & Coffee is a community initiative that makes AI more accessible to women through hands-on workshops. Its fourth edition took place in July 2026 at La Fabrica &Co, the coworking and coliving space in Poblenou (22@), with more than 40 participants. It is one of many events in a monthly programme that includes AI meetups, startup pitch days and afterworks, most of them free for members.

What is Claude & Coffee?

Claude & Coffee is a community led by Fernanda Grace Lins, together with Kristina Talova and Stephany Oliveros, with a clear goal: helping more women learn to use artificial intelligence by actually using it, not just hearing about it. Its starting point is that the AI gap is not only about technical skills but also about confidence. That is why every session combines practice with real tools and conversation in small groups.

Four editions in, more than 200 women have taken part. La Fabrica &Co regularly hosts the Claude community in Barcelona, and Claude & Coffee has become one of the most anticipated dates on the space’s calendar.

Inside the fourth edition

The fourth edition took place in July: on a Saturday morning, more than 40 women gathered at La Fabrica &Co with genuine curiosity and a will to experiment. The format combined three parts:

  • Breathwork to start. A breathing session to arrive with a clear head before getting into the tech.
  • Hands-on AI tools. Guided exercises using AI assistants for real, everyday work tasks.
  • A talk from Lyra AI on identifying the professional roles that best fit each person’s strengths, and how AI can help in that process.

The edition was supported by Lyra AI and Croissant, the coworking access platform that also partners with La Fabrica &Co. For the space, it is exactly the kind of gathering it loves to host: good coffee, diverse perspectives and room to experiment together.

Why a coworking space with events and networking makes the difference

Choosing a coworking space in Barcelona is no longer just about comparing desk prices. For freelancers, startups and digital nomads, the real value lies in the people you meet and the opportunities that come from them. An event like Claude & Coffee offers three things a traditional office does not:

  1. Applied learning. You leave knowing how to use a new tool, not just with an idea.
  2. Like-minded contacts. Attendees share a sector, interests or career stage.
  3. Visibility for your project. Many events at the space are run by coworkers themselves, who use the rooms to present what they do.

At La Fabrica &Co the programme is monthly and covers a wide range of topics. Between August and September 2026 there were, among others:
